तपसि पचसि विश्वं पासि भस्मीकरोषि प्रकटयसि मयूखैर्ह्लादयतस्यंशुगर्भैः । सृजसि कमलजन्मा पालयस्यच्युताख्यः क्षपयसि च युगांते रुद्ररूपस्त्वमेकः
tapasi pacasi viśvaṃ pāsi bhasmīkaroṣi prakaṭayasi mayūkhairhlādayatasyaṃśugarbhaiḥ | sṛjasi kamalajanmā pālayasyacyutākhyaḥ kṣapayasi ca yugāṃte rudrarūpastvamekaḥ
汝は宇宙を熱し、熟させ、護り、また灰と化す。歓喜を宿す光の光線によって、万物を顕し照らす。汝は蓮華より生まれる者（ブラフマー）として創造し、不落の者（ヴィシュヌ）として保持し、劫の終わりにはルドラの姿として滅尽する——しかも汝は唯一である。
