Transliteration

na brāhmaṇānparīkṣeta śrāddhe kṣetranivāsinaḥ | sumahānparivādo'sya brāhmaṇānāṃ parīkṣaṇe

Translation

シュラーダ（祖霊供養）の儀において、聖なるクシェートラに住むブラーフマナを詮索し試してはならない。ブラーフマナを試すことは、きわめて大きな過失と非難を招くからである。
