Transliteration

yugeyuge śodhayettāṃstena kaṃṭakaśodhinī | āśvayukchuklapakṣe tu navamyāṃ tāmathārcayet

Translation

劫ごとに彼女はそれらの「棘」（苦悩・障碍）を浄め取り除く。ゆえに「カンタカショーディニー」と呼ばれる。アーシュヴァユジャ月の白分（明半）における第九日ナヴァミーに、彼女を礼拝すべきである。
