さらに聞け、クリシュナよ。ここで沐浴した後に人が施すいかなる財も――おお神々の主よ――我が名において与えられたものに比して、十六倍の果報を得る。
Durvāsā
Tirtha: Dvārakā (Gomatī–Sāgara-saṅgama tīrtha context)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Śrī Kṛṣṇa
Scene: A pilgrim, freshly bathed, offers coins, cloth, or food to a worthy recipient near the Gomati ghats while Durvāsā’s sanctifying presence is remembered; Kṛṣṇa is invoked as Devēśa.
At a sanctified kṣetra, charity performed after purification becomes exponentially fruitful.
The Dvārakā tīrtha-setting connected with the Gomati–ocean saṅgama and Varadāna tradition.
Snāna first, then dāna (giving wealth/charity), with a stated sixteenfold spiritual return.
