また他のいかなる女人であれ、たとえ夫に捨てられていても、月の十四日に斎戒し、この地に常住する我を真実の信愛をもって礼拝するなら、我が恩寵を得るであろう。
Devī (the Goddess, speaking in the Tīrthamāhātmya context)
Type: kshetra
Scene: A deserted/abandoned woman, after fasting on caturdaśī, worships Devī at her ever-present shrine and receives compassionate acceptance.
Sincere devotion combined with vrata (fasting) at a sacred place is taught as a direct means to divine grace, even for those facing social or marital hardship.
The verse praises the sanctity of “atra”—this Devi-abode described in Nāgarakhaṇḍa’s Tīrthamāhātmya (Adhyāya 86), emphasizing the Goddess’s continual presence at the site.
Fasting on Caturdaśī (the 14th lunar day) and performing pūjā to the Goddess at the tīrtha with true devotion.
