Tirtha: Viṭaṃkapura / Hāṭakeśvara narrative-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Ṛṣis
Scene: A noble, composed wife tends to her leprous husband with tenderness; her gaze is affectionate, treating him as her beloved despite his condition; domestic setting with hints of sacredness (lamp, water pot).
Steadfast virtue and compassionate loyalty are upheld as dharma, especially amid suffering and misfortune.
Indirectly, the verse supports the tīrtha narrative by portraying the devotee household whose later actions lead into the Hāṭakeśvara/Bhāskara māhātmya.
None; it highlights ethical dharma (śīla, sādhvī-bhāva) rather than a formal rite.
