他処にて修行者が一年を費やして得る霊的功徳も、ここではただ一日にして完全に成就する。これに疑いはない。
Nandinī
Tirtha: Camatkārapura
Type: kshetra
Listener: The king
Scene: A symbolic tableau: a sun’s single arc over Camatkārapura while ascetics’ year-long austerities elsewhere fade in the background; within the kṣetra, a pilgrim completes snāna and darśana in one day, radiance indicating ‘samyak-jāyate’.
Holy places can ‘compress’ spiritual effort—tīrtha-grace multiplies the fruit of practice when approached with sincerity.
Camatkārapura-kṣetra is praised as granting in one day the śreyas otherwise achieved in a year elsewhere.
No particular rite is specified; the emphasis is on the extraordinary fruit (phala) of staying/visiting even briefly.
