Transliteration

iti saṃsiddhamaṃtraḥ sa camatkārapuraṃ gataḥ | viprāṇāṃ prārthanārthāya bhūmikhaṃḍakṛte dvijāḥ

Translation

かくして真言を成就した彼は、カマトカーラプラ（Camatkārapura）へ赴いた。おお二度生まれの者（dvija）よ、それは土地の区分に関わる件について、ブラーフマナたちの請願に応えるためであった。
