Transliteration

atha kṛtvā mahadyuddhaṃ yathā śaktyātidāruṇam | hatabhūyiṣṭhaśeṣā ye bhittvā bhūmiṃ gatā adhaḥ

Translation

そののち、力の限りに甚だ苛烈なる大戦を交え、軍勢の大半を失いなお残った者たちは、大地を破って下方へと落ち去った。
