Transliteration

yatpāpaṃ śastrakartṛṇāṃ tathā vahnipradāyinām | tanme syādyadi no hanmi sarpaṃ dṛṣṭivaśaṃ gatam

Translation

もし我が眼差しの威力の下に入った蛇を打ち倒さぬなら、武器を作る者の罪と、害をなすために火を放つ者の罪とが、我がものとなりますように。
