evaṃ kṛtvā'khilaṃ tasyā yajamānaḥ sitāṃbaraḥ | puraḥ sthitoṃjaliṃ baddhvā maṃtrānetānudāharet
かくして彼女のための一切を成し終えたなら、白衣をまとった祭主(ヤジャマーナ)は(御前に)立ち、合掌して、これらの真言を唱えるべし。
Skanda (deduced)
Scene: The patron in spotless white stands before a sanctified altar, palms joined; ritual items are neatly arranged; the moment is quiet, anticipatory, and solemn.
Outer purity (white attire) and inner humility (añjali) prepare the devotee for effective prayer.
The instruction is liturgical and not tied to a single named tīrtha in this verse.
After completing the rite, the yajamāna stands before the sacred form, folds hands, and recites the forthcoming mantras.
