ईश्वराणां समादिष्टं कायक्लेशभयात्मनाम् । पुरश्चरणमेतद्धि दानं तौल्यसमुद्भवम्

īśvarāṇāṃ samādiṣṭaṃ kāyakleśabhayātmanām | puraścaraṇametaddhi dānaṃ taulyasamudbhavam

この秤量より生じた布施は、身の苦行を恐れる者のために諸主が定め給うた。まことにそれは彼らの「プラシュチャラナ」—完全なる予備行—となる。
