saguptastu tapastepe'yathā vetti na kaścana | dhyāyamānaḥ suraśreṣṭhaṃ bhaktyā kamalasaṃbhavam

しかし人目を避けて密かに苦行を修し、誰にも知られぬようにした。彼は信愛をもって、蓮華より生まれし梵天（ブラフマー）—神々の中の最勝者—を観想した。
