वसिष्ठ उवाच । होमधेनुरियं राजन्नस्माकं कामदोहिनी । अदेया गौर्महाराज सामान्यापि द्विजन्मनाम्

vasiṣṭha uvāca | homadhenuriyaṃ rājannasmākaṃ kāmadohinī | adeyā gaurmahārāja sāmānyāpi dvijanmanām

ヴァシシュタは言った。「王よ、これは我らのホーマ供犠の聖牛、願いを搾り出して満たす牝牛である。大王よ、牛は与えてはならぬ。婆羅門に関しては、たとえ並の牛であっても同じである。」
