कृष्ण पक्षे चतुर्दश्यां चैत्रमासे द्विजोत्तमाः । न तदा लक्षितस्तेन गच्छमानो यदृच्छया
kṛṣṇa pakṣe caturdaśyāṃ caitramāse dvijottamāḥ | na tadā lakṣitastena gacchamāno yadṛcchayā
おお、最勝の二度生まれの者たちよ。チャイトラ月の黒分（暗半月）十四日、その獣は偶然にさまよい出たが、その時彼は気づかなかった。
