それから彼女は、幼き身でありながらも種々のシャーストラを聴聞し、ついで神々への巡礼を行い、心を統一して聖なる渡し場(ティールタ)にて沐浴した。
Sūta
Type: ghat
Listener: Ṛṣayaḥ
Scene: A transition scene: the young brāhmaṇī listening to recitation of śāstra, then setting out on pilgrimage with a small bundle and water-pot; finally, she bathes at a tīrtha with folded hands, mind composed.
Śāstra-śravaṇa naturally matures into devayātrā and tīrtha-snāna—outer pilgrimage guided by inner discipline.
A general tīrtha is mentioned here; the chapter context soon specifies Kedāra/Kedāreśvara.
Tīrtha-snāna (ritual bathing at a sacred place) undertaken with samādhāna (mental composure).
