Transliteration

upadeśamahāmaṃtrairmāṃ jāṃgulika jīvaya | mahāmohamahā vṛkṣo hṛdyāvāpasamutthitaḥ

Translation

おお蛇使いよ、教誨の大いなる真言によって私を甦らせてください。大いなる迷妄の巨木が、我が心の苗床から生い立ってしまいました。
