abhayaḥ sarvabhūtebhyo yathāṃdhabadhirākṛtiḥ | na karmaṇāṃ phalākāṃkṣā śivasyārādhanaṃ hi tat

彼は一切の生きものに無畏を与え、挑発に対しては盲であり聾であるかのように動じない。行為の果報を求めず—それこそがまことのシヴァ礼拝である。
