tadasti cātra saṃkrāṃtaṃ tasmātproktaṃ bahūdakam | kapilenātra taptvā ca varṣāṇi subahūnyapi

Translation

ここにはまた聖なる「サンクラーンティ（saṅkrānti：吉祥なる転換・合流の時）」がある。ゆえにこの地はバフーダカと称される。さらにここで聖仙カピラは、数多の年にわたり苦行（タパス）を修した。
