Transliteration

asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca

Translation

証人なき事柄において、二者が互いに争うとき；王への反逆の告発において；呪詛や糾弾に関わる場合において；また暴力の行いにおいても—（そのようなときディヴィヤの試験が用いられる）。
