Transliteration

sādhūnāṃ varṇināṃ rājā na śiraskaṃ pradāpayet | na pravātedhaṭaṃ deyaṃ noṣṇakāle hutāśanam

Translation

徳ある者と入門の学生（ヴァルニン）に対して、王は「首」を与えさせてはならない。風の強い場所でダタ（dhaṭa）の供物を捧げてはならず、また酷暑の時に火供（ホーマ）を行ってはならない。
