Transliteration

śirasyagastyamādhāya tathaiva ca puraṃdaram | udakyādarśanaṃ sparśaṃ varjyaṃ saṃbhāṣaṇaṃ tathā

Translation

アガスティヤと、同じくプランダラ（インドラ）を尊ぶ範として心に戴き、禁制の期間には、月経中の女性を見ないようにし、触れず、また会話も避けるべきである。
