करंधम उवाच । कानि पापानि विप्रेंद्र यैस्तु संमूढचेतसः । न वेदेषु न धर्मेषु रतिमापद्यते मनः
karaṃdhama uvāca | kāni pāpāni vipreṃdra yaistu saṃmūḍhacetasaḥ | na vedeṣu na dharmeṣu ratimāpadyate manaḥ
カランダマは言った。「おお、婆羅門の中の最勝者よ、いかなる罪によって人の心は迷妄に覆われ、ヴェーダにもダルマにも喜びを見いだせなくなるのか。」
