प्रत्यग्निं प्रति सूर्यं च प्रति गां व्रतिनं प्रति । प्रति सोमोदकं सन्ध्यां प्रज्ञा नश्यति मेहतः
pratyagniṃ prati sūryaṃ ca prati gāṃ vratinaṃ prati | prati somodakaṃ sandhyāṃ prajñā naśyati mehataḥ
聖火（アグニ）、太陽、牛、誓戒を守る者（ヴラティン）、聖なるソーマの水、あるいは黄昏の礼拝（サンディヤー）に向かって小便すれば、識別の智慧は失われると説かれる。
