Tirtha: Saṃgamāvarta (Jagannātha-liṅga) and Tāra-liṅga (Lokatrayāśrita)
Type: sangam
Scene: Sarasvatī/Bhāratī, luminous and serene, offers white lotuses to a star-radiant liṅga; elsewhere Śani, dark-hued and austere, worships at a swirling confluence-whirlpool where two waters meet, naming the liṅga Jagannātha.
Śiva is the universal refuge and lordship itself; even planetary powers and divine speech honor Him, especially at sacred confluences.
A ‘saṃgama’ (river confluence) is indicated via ‘saṃgamāvarta’, but no named location (e.g., Prayāga) is specified in this verse.
Nāma-japa of ‘Lokatrayāśrita’ and ‘Jagannātha’ connected to worship of the tāra-liṅga and a liṅga at a confluence-eddy.
