たとえ遠くにいる者であっても、高き悟りをもってここにある我がリンガを礼拝するなら、我自ら授けた吉祥の供物によって、究竟の解脱の福徳はその善き人々の上に常に宿る。
Śiva (contextual, within Kāśīkhaṇḍa instruction)
Tirtha: Ānandavana Liṅga (Kāśī)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Purāṇic audience/interlocutor in Kāśī discourse
Scene: A devotee far from Kāśī sits in meditation, visualizing the Liṅga and Gaṅgā; a luminous thread connects their heart to the Kāśī shrine, while Śiva’s grace manifests as auspicious offerings appearing—flowers, bilva, lamp—symbolizing divinely granted means toward liberation.
Sincere, discerning devotion to Kāśī’s Liṅga brings the highest welfare; divine grace supplies the means and the fruit tends toward liberation.
The sacred Liṅga of Kāśī in this adhyāya’s setting (Ānandavana/Viśveśvara sphere).
Samārādhana (proper worship) with auspicious offerings; it also affirms the efficacy of devotion even when one is physically distant.
