saṃtoṣya sarvānprathamaṃ munīṃdrānsvaisvairhṛdisthaiśca cirābhilāṣaiḥ | brahmāṇamābhāṣya śivotha viṣṇuṃ jagāda sarvāmaravṛṃdavaṃdyaḥ
Skanda (deduced, Kāśīkhaṇḍa context)
Tirtha: Kāśī (Avimukta-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Śiva, serene and majestic, bestows satisfaction upon assembled sages; then turns to address Brahmā and Viṣṇu in a dignified divine council, with devas standing in reverence.
In the tīrtha’s presence, devotion ripens into fulfillment—Śiva is portrayed as the inner knower who completes sincere, long-held aspirations.
Kāśī, where the divine assembly and Śiva’s grace toward sages are narrated as part of the Muktimaṇḍapa account.
No explicit ritual instruction; the focus is on grace (anugraha) and divine discourse among Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva.
