caraṇau vicaretāṃyau viśvabhartṛ purī bhuvi | tāveva śravaṇau śrotuṃ saṃvidā te bahuśrutau

Translation

称賛に値するのは、宇宙の護持者の都において大地を巡り歩くその足のみ。聞くに値するのは、真に博学なるその耳のみであり、理解をもって聴き入る者である。
