Transliteration

aho janānāṃ jaḍatā vihāya kāśīṃ yadanyatra na yaṃti cetaḥ | parisphuradgāṃgajalābhirāmāṃ kāmāriśūlāgradhṛtāṃ layepi

Translation

ああ、人々はいかに鈍いことか。カーシーを捨てて、心を他所へ向けてしまう——そのカーシーは、ガンガーのきらめく水により麗しく、世界の溶滅の時でさえ、カーマの敵シヴァの三叉戟の先に支えられているというのに。
