ulkāpāte ca bhūkaṃpe digdāhe madhyarātriṣu | saṃdhyayorvṛṣalopāṃte rājñorāhośca sūtake

Translation

流星の落下、地震、四方の火災のとき、また真夜中、サンディヤー（昼夜の結び目）の時刻、無秩序な騒擾の終わり、さらに王の死やラーフ（Rāhu）によるスータカ（穢れの期間）においても——これらは皆、聖なる学習を慎んで止めるべき時である。
