अधीत्य वेदान्वेदौ वा वेदं वापि क्रमाद्द्विजः । अप्रस्खलद्ब्रह्मचर्यो गृहाश्रममथाश्रयेत्
adhītya vedānvedau vā vedaṃ vāpi kramāddvijaḥ | apraskhaladbrahmacaryo gṛhāśramamathāśrayet
四つのヴェーダ、あるいは二つ、または一つであっても、定められた順序に従って正しく学び終えたなら、梵行（ブラフマチャリヤ）を損なわぬ二度生まれの者は、次に家住期（グリハスタ・アーシュラマ）に入るべきである。
