स्पंदनात्प्राक्पुंसवनं सीमंतोन्नयनं ततः । मासि षष्ठेऽष्टमे वापि जातेथो जातकर्म च
spaṃdanātprākpuṃsavanaṃ sīmaṃtonnayanaṃ tataḥ | māsi ṣaṣṭhe'ṣṭame vāpi jātetho jātakarma ca
胎動の起こる前にプンサヴァナの儀を行い、その後にシーマントーンナヤナの儀を行う。第六または第八の月、そして誕生の時にジャータカルマの儀を行う。
