Transliteration

pādenaikena yastiṣṭhetsahasraṃ śaradāṃ śatam | abdaṃ gaṃgāṃbupo yastu tayorgaṃgāṃbupo'dhikaḥ

Translation

たとえ一つの足で立ち続け、千たび百の秋にも等しいほどの久遠を耐えようとも、なお一年ガンガーの水を飲む者は、その二つより功徳において勝ると宣言される。
