Transliteration

evaṃ yo yajamānaśca yacca teṣāṃ dvijanmanām | kvacijjalānnavikṣepaḥ śuciraspṛṣṭa eva ca

Translation

かくして、祭主（yajamāna）と儀礼に与る二度生まれ（dvija）たちは、どこであれ水や食を軽々しく散らしてはならない。清浄を保ち、穢れに触れぬようにせよ。
