प्रातः स्नानं हरेत्पापमलक्ष्मीं ग्लानिमेव च । अशुचित्वं च दुःस्वप्नं तुष्टिं पुष्टिं प्रयच्छति
prātaḥ snānaṃ haretpāpamalakṣmīṃ glānimeva ca | aśucitvaṃ ca duḥsvapnaṃ tuṣṭiṃ puṣṭiṃ prayacchati
朝の沐浴は罪と不運と倦みを取り去る。また不浄と悪夢を払い、満ち足りと養いの力を授ける。
