अधमानधमांस्त्यक्त्वा कुलमुत्कर्षतां नयेत् । उत्तमानुत्तमानेव गच्छेद्धीनांश्च वर्जयेत् । ब्राह्मणः श्रेष्ठतामेति प्रत्यवायेन शूद्रताम्
adhamānadhamāṃstyaktvā kulamutkarṣatāṃ nayet | uttamānuttamāneva gaccheddhīnāṃśca varjayet | brāhmaṇaḥ śreṣṭhatāmeti pratyavāyena śūdratām
卑しく卑劣な交わりを捨て、家系を卓越へと導くべきである。最上・最尊の者にのみ近づき、堕落した者を避けよ。ブラーフマナは正しい行いによって高みに至るが、過ちと退転によって下位の境に落ちる。
