vyāsa uvāca | kalau prāpte dvijāḥ sarve sthānabhraṣṭā yatastataḥ | pakṣamutkalaṃ grahīṣyaṃti tathā syuḥ pakṣapātinaḥ
Vyāsa
Scene: Vyāsa, austere and luminous, speaks to an unseen audience; behind him, dvijas are shown scattered, arguing in small factions with banners, while a central dharma-scale tilts, symbolizing bias.
Kali Yuga is marked by loss of dharmic steadiness and rise of factional bias; vigilance and commitment to nyāya are required.
No tīrtha is mentioned in this verse; it is a Kali Yuga diagnosis spoken by Vyāsa.
No ritual is prescribed; it is a warning about social and ethical degeneration into partisanship.
