धर्म उवाच । यदि तुष्टोऽसि देवेश दयां कृत्वा ममोपरि । तं कुरुष्व महाभाग त्रैलोक्यं सचराचरम् । वरेणैवं यथा ख्यातिं गमिष्यामि युगेयुगे
dharma uvāca | yadi tuṣṭo'si deveśa dayāṃ kṛtvā mamopari | taṃ kuruṣva mahābhāga trailokyaṃ sacarācaram | vareṇaivaṃ yathā khyātiṃ gamiṣyāmi yugeyuge
ダルマは言った。「もし汝が満足し、神々の主よ、我に憐れみを垂れ給うならば――大いなる御方よ――動くもの動かぬものを含む三界すべてに、この恩寵を行き渡らせ給え。そうすればこの賜物により、我は劫ごと世ごとに名声を得よう。」
