Transliteration

paṃcāmṛtaistu saṃsnāpya tathā śuddhodakena ca | rudraikādaśakaṃ japtvā paṃcākṣaraśatāṣṭakam

Translation

五甘露にて尊神を沐浴し、さらに清浄なる水を注いだのち、ルドラ讃を十一遍誦し、ついで五音の真言を百八遍ジャパすべし。
