श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । शृणु तीर्थप्रभावं ते संक्षेपात्कथयाम्यहम् । यद्वृत्तमुत्तरे कूले रेवाया उरिसंगमे
śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | śṛṇu tīrthaprabhāvaṃ te saṃkṣepātkathayāmyaham | yadvṛttamuttare kūle revāyā urisaṃgame
シュリー・マールカンデーヤは言った。「聞きなさい。私はこのティールタ（tīrtha）の威徳を簡潔に語ろう。レーヴァー（Revā／ナルマダー Narmadā）の北岸、ウリサンガマ（Urisaṅgama）と呼ばれる合流地で起こった出来事である。」
