Transliteration

tato'nyadivase vahnirdvijarūpo mahātapāḥ | rājānaṃ prārthayāmāsa raho gatvā śanaiḥ śanaiḥ

Translation

また別の日、火神ヴァフニは大いなる苦行者として婆羅門の姿を取り、王のもとへ近づき、ひそかに静かに願いを申し述べた。
