Transliteration

pūrṇe caiva tataḥ kāla iha mānuṣyatāṃ gataḥ | caturvedo dvijo rājañjāyate vimale kule

Translation

その（天上の）期限が満ち、ここに人として再び生を受けるとき、王よ、彼は清浄で非のない家に、四ヴェーダに通じた二度生まれとして生まれる。
