जनमेजय उवाच । द्वैपायनप्रसादेन ज्ञानवानसि मे मतः । वैशंपायन तस्मात्त्वां पृच्छामि ऋषिसन्निधौ
janamejaya uvāca | dvaipāyanaprasādena jñānavānasi me mataḥ | vaiśaṃpāyana tasmāttvāṃ pṛcchāmi ṛṣisannidhau
ジャナメージャヤは言った。「ドヴァイパーヤナ（ヴィヤーサ）の恩寵により、汝は真の智を具える者と我は見なす。ゆえに、ヴァイシャンパーヤナよ、ここ賢仙（リシ）たちの御前で汝に問う。」
