मध्याह्नसमये स्नात्वा पश्यत्यात्मानमात्मना । ब्रह्मविष्ण्विन्द्रसहितः शुक्लतीर्थे समाहितः
madhyāhnasamaye snātvā paśyatyātmānamātmanā | brahmaviṣṇvindrasahitaḥ śuklatīrthe samāhitaḥ
正午に沐浴して、自己によって自己（アートマン）を観ずる。ブラフマー、ヴィシュヌ、インドラを伴い、シュクラティールタにて三昧に安住する。
