Transliteration

pravṛttiḥ sarvaśāstrāṇāṃ purāṇasyābhavattataḥ | kālenāgrahaṇaṃ dṛṣṭvā purāṇasya tato muniḥ

Translation

そのプラーナから、あらゆるシャーストラの営みと展開が起こった。やがて時の流れにより、プラーナが正しく保持され理解されなくなったのを見て、聖仙はそれを護持するために手立てを講じた。
