そこにおいてムニたちは、限られた個我の溶解に至り、ついで心と諸感官の輝く力は制御される。たとえ彼を観想する個々の自己であっても、彼の実相をありのままに直知する智慧が生起する。

It teaches that liberation matures through yogic restraint (nirodha) and culminates in yāthātmyavedana—direct realization of Shiva’s true nature—where the soul’s limited identity dissolves in the Lord’s grace and knowledge.
Contemplation (cintā) of Shiva—often supported by Saguna forms like the Linga—still leads beyond mental fluctuations to true-nature knowledge, guiding the devotee from form-supported meditation toward direct realization of the Supreme (Pati).
A clear takeaway is dhyāna with nirodha: steadying the mind and senses while contemplating Shiva (commonly with japa of the Panchakshara, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), leading to inner cessation and insight.
