それ(至上の実在)は自らの力によって遍満されている。ちょうど身体の内に内我が遍満するように。ゆえに、この宇宙のすべて—不動なるものも動くものも—はシャクティより成り、シャクティ・マヤ(Śakti-maya)である。

It teaches that Shiva’s presence in the cosmos is known through His Śakti—just as the inner Self silently pervades and governs the body—so the seeker learns to see all existence as pervaded by divine power, leading to detachment and God-remembrance.
The Liṅga is a Saguna support for contemplating the all-pervading Pati (Shiva). By worshipping the Liṅga, the devotee trains the mind to recognize that the same Shiva-Śakti pervades all beings—moving and unmoving—beyond the shrine as well.
A practical takeaway is inner-pervasion meditation: while chanting the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), contemplate Shiva as the antarātman and His Śakti as the power present in every perception; Tripuṇḍra and Rudrākṣa can be worn as reminders of this all-pervading presence.
