षडध्वशुद्धिं विधिवत्प्राप्तो वा म्रियते यदि । पशूनामिव तस्येह न कुर्यादौर्ध्वदैहिकम्

正しく六道(ṣaḍadhva)の浄化(ṣaḍadhva-śuddhi)を成就した者がもし死するなら、その者のためにこの世で死後の儀礼を行ってはならない。獣に対してそれを行わぬのと同じである。なぜなら、シヴァの解脱へ導く修行規範によって、彼はすでに束縛された魂の位を超えているからである。
