नियोगः प्रदेश सर्वं कुंडं कुर्याद्विचक्षणः । स्वनाभ्यंतःस्थितं वह्निं तद्रंध्राद्विस्फुलिंगवद्

Transliteration

niyogaḥ pradeśa sarvaṃ kuṃḍaṃ kuryādvicakṣaṇaḥ | svanābhyaṃtaḥsthitaṃ vahniṃ tadraṃdhrādvisphuliṃgavad

Translation

識見ある修行者は、定められた場所において火坑（クンダ）を余すところなく整えるべきである。次に、自らの臍に宿る内なる火を観想し、その孔より火を燃え起こして外へ顕し、まるで火花が跳ね出るかのようにする。
