Transliteration

avilaṃghyā hi sarveṣāmājñā śaṃbhorgarīyasī | avakāśamaśeṣāṇāṃ bhūtānāṃ saṃprayacchati

Translation

誠に、すべての生き物にとって、シャンブ（シヴァ）の命令は侵すべからざる至高の重みを持ち、例外なくあらゆる生き物に適切な活動範囲と定められた地位を与えるのである。
